Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:12 “Happy White People”

Trinity and Bob stop for the night in Boise and go down the rabbit hole of Freak Alley. Navigating through an Amber Alert roadblock, and parking next to a K-9 unit break up Idaho’s pastoral scenery. Trinity is convinced this rural state is a hot-bed of sophisticated hicks and rocket scientists.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:11 “Quantum Karaoke”

Portland’s 205 Beltway is an accident waiting to happen- especially when you’re hauling. Trinity gives advice to wanna-be singers practicing into their hair brushes. Northern Oregon finds our couriers winding along the mighty Columbia River, stopping for hot chocolate at Multnomah Falls, eating lunch in prison towns, and getting past predator security guards.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:10 “Walking Back to Salt Lake City”

Our couriers pick up their load and start the drive home. Winding their way north with 100 pounds, they spot hidden cops, stop at Hiouchie’s Café, and meet warm friendly servers. Oregon has it all—mountains shaved bald, reluctant gas attendants, baby lambs, and bar fights in Roseburg.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:9 “The Bad Feminist”

Trinity reminisces about her job application for being a marijuana courier. The worried boys kiss Trinity goodbye, pray for her safety, and send the load down the steep switchbacks of the Coastal Mountains and into the foggy Redwoods.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:8 “Lie to Me”

Brokering and buying cannabis, cash changing hands, mixed with a whole lot more fast paced waiting. Finding the right product, at the right price, from the right farmer isn’t as easy as calling your corner hopper on a Friday night. Trinity loves browsing the cat-pee bookstore and laughs at Bob’s anxiety of the dangers.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:6 “Sexier ‘n a Leather Purse from Tijuana”

Trinity travels the dark and mysterious Redwood Highway, protected by majestic 3,000-year-old giants who look down quietly on her illicit activities. The spell is broken in Laytonville by baby-talking meth heads, and a sexy 60-year-old cougar at Boomers. Secrets lurk on county roads, especially Spy Rock and Bell Springs, where there’s always a Utah connection.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:5 – “Electric Blue Honda Gangsta”

Yuba City sucks, and Trinity can prove it. The wonders of the Central Valley’s orchards, fields and golden sunflowers brings Sting to life. Turnout lanes, citizen cops, fires from hell and crushing on Hot Shots all before our couriers arrive at the Redwood Highway—only to be stopped dead at the Willits Friday Night Street Fair. Student tree huggers come to the rescue of the Redwoods.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:4 “Baby Chubba Chunks & No Atheists”

Staying in the same hotels trip after trip heightens the awareness of the staff to a courier who fills her bags with millions in cold hard cash.  Nevada is full of intensity with larger than life bonfires, white knuckle rides, psychotic pioneers, and the amazing Chinese workers who built the railroad over the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:3 “Making Reservations” & “Leaving SLC”

Part I

Drug couriers play cat and mouse with cops on Interstate 80—the United States’ largest drug corridor—and neither side is playing fair. Cops employ high-tech surveillance technology, while Trinity takes the guerrilla approach. Counting money and carrying bricks of cash are just a few of the details to prepare for the run.

Part II

With a convenience store bounty on her head, Trinity drives by drug busts on the interstate, struggles with finding places to eat, and other hazards of being a drug courier. She is concerned about dressing for success, fighting Nevada desert boredom, and avoiding detection on the way to NorCal.

Trinity’s Emerald Triangle S:1 E:2 “Soulful Marshmallows” & “The Mythological 100 Pounds”

Part I

They say stereotypes exist because they are true. Is that actually the case when it comes to marijuana dealers? You might be surprised to know who your weed dealer really is. While hauling a quarter million dollars to California, Trinity encounters a meth dealer who leaves her perplexed.

Part II

Trinity prepares marijuana for transport from the Emerald Triangle back to Utah, the logistics of moving weed month after month, unexpected road hazards—all without even her best friends knowing what she’s up to. Trinity learns what it means to be pulled over for DWB.
